1. Our banner must be up before you apply.
2. You have permission to tell us you posted an affiliation application, and tell us again if we forget, in our chat. Preferably only if Tygerz is online.
3. Your site MUST be active.
4. If you want to be put in Static, we expect you to put our banner in your static. Same goes for Scrolling and Marquee
5. Only apply for Static if we have an open spot. (our banner is shown on all open spaces)
