The Beast Within is a shifter role play based around the fictional city of Treston in the state of Virginia, after a nuclear plant melts down the shifter epidemic begins. TBW allows members to not only post in the streets of Treston, but the those of the world as well.
TBW has a friendly community of member's and staff that are always around to help out with any site related problems and if the need arises, those of life as well.(Just try to keep it easy on us!)
The site word limit rests at an easy 250 word minimum. This just the minimum and you are free to go over it! Many members don't mind posting size as long as you post the minimum.
The beast within is an Account per Character site. This means for every character you make, you must make an account for it! This allows the staff to keep track of everything and makes things easier in general.(You will have 1 OOC account.)
We also encourage and allow the creation of human characters as well. This helps add a deep plot line that the members themselves create around the basic background.
