- Twoleg died and now she lives on the streets
She is considering rejoining the clans, but she is worried about what her former clan (doesn't matter which) and kin will think of her. A mate from one of the clans will be enough to convince herself to rejoin clan life; she will join whatever clan he is in.

That would probably be interesting. I'm not quite sure how it would work out - she's currently in a thred with Soaring Eagle, who's trying to convince her to join the CoPs. But she could have met Appleleaf on the border a little while earlier. I think I'm going to have her eventually join the CoPs, so unless he would follow her, I don't think it would be permenant. I don't know if you wanted a mates for life thing or not though, or if it would be in character for him to have one. But I'm willing to give it a shot.

Oh well if you've already got a plot in mind, then you don't have to do anything now, but if you ever want to, Appleleaf is free lol
