Some lyrics to describe your character here~ - NOT REQUIRED
good men must die, but death cannot kill their names.
Reason behind name: Bright--: her parents were at their happiest, and they hoped that her future would be bright (lame, I know)… The first thing her parents noticed about her was her bright orange fur.
Amari: The boy who convinced his parents to keep her took Latin. Amari means ‘to be loved’.
Age: 24 moons
Position: kittypet loner..
Appearance: Adorned with short orange and white fur, Amari is slightly bigger than the average clan cat, due to the steady amount of food she received as a kittypet. She has and orange back and tail with a few paler orange stripes, but other than her forehead, the rest of her body is pure white. Small paws and strong legs carry her, and brilliant green eyes watch the world. She tends to keep her fur groomed and clean, and her occasional sharp tongue is backed up by sharp claws.
Short Description: Pretty orange and white she-cat with bright green eyes
Character number: Hem hem, I do believe that this is character number 7,
as stated under Educational Decree 256.I changed my mind about the clone - I'll make him still, but I'm going to use up the character slot for this kitty instead--PERSONALITY--
we continue to shape our personality all our life. If we knew ourselves perfectly, we should die.
Personality: Gentle-hearted but easily worried, she often wonders what her former clan mates think of her. Sometimes she regrets leaving the forest and would love to return, but she knows that they would probably not accept her back, her own guilt often convincing her to stay as a kittypet. She also fears their reaction. With that in mind, she has no reason to return. She has always been an awkward cat, self-conscious and constantly aware of and worrying about the image she shows other cats, which usually ends up making her appear nervous. But underneath her anxiety, she is a pleasant she-cat, polite and peace-and-kit-loving, with her heart in the right place. If annoyed she will just ignore the cat provoking her, though if she is pushed too hard, she will lash out. All she really wants is to be accepted where ever she is. After the death of her twoleg, whom she had belong to for a little over 1 year, Amari grew a slightly thicker skin. While she is afriad to lose someone again, she remains trusting in others, confident enough in her abilities to follow them blindly unless she has a decent reason not to. She wants to give every cat a chance before she judges them.
Ambition: Amari wants to be happy, and she cannot seem to decide whether happiness lies with the life she is living now or with the clans whom she abandoned as an apprentice. At some point, she would like to raise a family too, but has yet to find the perfect cat.
- losing someone, twoleg or cat, that is dear to her
- what her old clan thinks of her
- a time when she may not be able to defend herself
- spending time with friends
- making new friends
- playing with kits
- anti-social cats or ones who always complain
- death of innocent cats
- cats in pain
Attitude towards strangers: friendly, willing to trust
Attitude towards Clanmates/familiar cats: friendly, genuine
Three words describing cat overall: friendly, trusting, wistful
experience is simply the name we give our mistakes.
- none of the kittypets know that she was once a clan cat
Family: Since Amari abandoned her family in favor of living as a kittypet, they do not interact much. But if she were to ever return, she is afraid that they would not accept her back, disgraced and disappointed at her decision to choose the softer life.
Born a clan cat, Brightkit was perfectly healthy, bright and curious. She had two brothers and a sister, all of whom were fairly close. However as they grew, nearing apprentice age, the group of four split into two groups. Her sister and older brother split, becoming closer, and she and her younger brother joined forces. Though they all remained fairly close, their chosen sibling was the one with whim they shared secrets and dreams.
As an apprentice, she was a quick learner and eager to live. Strangely enough, kittypets interested her the most, and she could not find it within herself to feel the generic disgust associated with the domesticated felines. she merely viewed this as another way of life, albeit a softer and easier one, but a different lifestyle nonetheless. None of her siblings or friends shared this view, and her interest grew, she found herself more on the fringes of the social groups, growing distant even from her younger brother. So, only telling her trusted younger brother, she left, deciding to live the life that had interested her so. (10 moons)
Her excuse to herself was that maybe she could recruit more cats to join the clans, but she never really convinced herself. She went, trading in the harsh life of a warrior for the soft on of a kitty pet. However, she never let herself forget her training, remaining one of the tougher, more active kittypets. Her family had had a single kit, who had adored her since he'd first seen her. As time passed, they grew close, enjoying each others company. But soon enough, too soon, her happy life was struck by tragedy. Her twoleg was killed in an accident involving the loud Monsters she always knew they should fear. No one seemed to know what to do with the she-cat, so they left her alone. It was just as well, for she left before a new family could move in, choosing instead to wander the streets. The hunting abilities she had learned as an apprentice served her well, and she soon learned how to act as a starving cat if there was no food to be found; twolegs, gullible creatures that they were, would always fall for that trick.
Though she does not mind the rougher life she lives now, she can often be found sitting on the border of the forest, watching the forest and thinking about the clans.
Other: Now I want to play a cat who would appreciate being welcome back into her clan, if she is convinced to return. xD
