This is the site code. Follow it as you would the Warrior Code and there will be no problems! Basic rules as the same as anywhere else, but some general things that are good to know are also posted here. If you have ANY questions about any of these rules, please ask! We won't bite your head off <3

Also, these rules are always changing because of your picky admins. Major updates will have an announcement, but little changes you will have to see for yourself. Check back whenever you get a chance. :3

For shorthand, just read the bold print! The required word is in the first bolded set of words, so if you read ALL the bold print, you should find it!

There are 2 words hidden in here. One is REQUIRED to make a character, the other will earn you 2k extra cash if you find it and put it in your application! Second one is harder to find, and NOT in bold print.

~CHARACTERS~

-No Mary/Gary Sues! They must have weaknesses!

-Only cats. This is a Warrior CATS roleplay. And as such, only cat characters are permitted. Exceptions to this rule do exist, but you will have to read on to find these

-All names must make sense. Exceptions exist. But no Toasterface's, please.

-No rare breeds. Unless you buy a slot. And still, nothing insane.

-Only 3 high positions per member. This includes Leaders, Deputies, Medicine cats, and their apprentices. Exceptions to this rule can be made with staff permissions.

-All characters after your 5th must be purchased in the store. We use the slot system. First five slots are free, after that they must be purchased.

-Only the owner can kill their character. Yes, all cats can be killed, but not without the owner's permission.

-All High position cats MUST stay active. If they become inactive, we may warn you that a CoP is coming to kill them. It is a good option if you don't want them anymore, good for plots! Or you could always put them up for adoption!

-Activity is an important thing, but we don't expect you to post a certain amount each week. Just know that if you are famous for being inactive and give slow replies to posts, you may not be the first person that comes to mind when someone else feels like roleplaying. If you go go completely inactive without telling us in the Absence board, we will have to forget your character as if it has never existed! If your character has made any relationships, the roleplayers of those characters may assume your character dead of sickness.

~GENERAL ROLEPLAY~

-No Powerplaying or Godmodding! I shouldn't have to explain this. But all cats can be killed!

-All fights must be judged by staff. (Cheese is the required word for your application. Keep searching for extra 2k!). This excludes fights that you have plotted out the outcome for. Fights will be judged based on characters, their experience, and also the post. Grammar, spelling, punctuation etc will be deciding factors though. Length helps, but not if its just words thrown in to make it longer. If a staff is in the thread already, a different staff member must judge it.

-Absolutely NO violent/obscene threads! Obviously warrior cats will fight, that is fine. But nothing too graphic! We don't need every gorey detail, and NO pornographic content. We almost gt deleted once simply because this rule was too sounded too lenient. This site is a PG13 site, and we will not accept anything above that!

-100 words per post. If you are noticeably under, we may ask you to add on to it. If you seem to be way under a lot, you may be warned. But don't worry, we're not going to count every word in every post ;D In rare occasions, with the permission of a staff member, you may be permitted to go under for a short time.

-Please use third person and past tense in posts. Self explanatory. It just makes for an easier read when reading the threads. c:

-Liquid time is allowed. and encouraged!

-All accounts that do not post within a week of account creation will be deleted! This is to prevent the overloading of spam accounts!

~COURTING~

-No graphic breeding! This can also get us deleted! Just do a classic fade to black, or they went into the bushes and did their thing.

-Cats can and probably WILL get in trouble for 'forbidden' relationships if they are caught! It is 'forbidden' for a reason! Very fun yes, but if they get caught, you must accept whatever consequences the leader sees fit.

-You may NOT design your own litters. Staff will do this. But we are not too cruel. You may make requests as to what you want, or if its for a plot and you ask nicely then we will probably grant your wish. Bear in mind though that disabilities and deformities are more likely in Leafbare, and white kits with blue eyes are sometimes deaf!

-No breeding before 7 months of age. Mating with an apprentice is strongly looked down on anyway, but 7 months is the absolute minimum! That is when they reach sexual maturity in real life.

-Successfully bred females must wait at least two seasons before breeding again. This should not be a huge problem, as most females will be taking care of their kits anyway! For example, if you had kits in New-Leaf, you can't have another litter until Leaf-Fall.

~OOC~

-You may swear as long as it doesn't get excessive. No F-bombs every two words. Excessive swearing counts as spam here.

-No spamming! In or out of character!

-All accounts will be DELETED and their CHARACTERS killed IF you have not logged in for over one month.

-All accounts will be DELETED and their CHARACTERS killed IF you have logged in but not POSTED in TWO months.

-If you have posted an absence notice, the previous two rules may not apply but it depends on circumstances.

-Read all announcements! (If you put Cream in your application, you will get an extra 2k!) This one annoys me. Announcements are important! But if you are reading all the rules, I don't believe we will have an issue!

-Respect. This covers most other rules, so I don't have to add more.

-No pornographic content! You will be banned! It can get us deleted, ya' know.

-Be nice! No insults, bulling, or racism will be tolerated!

If any one of these rules are broken, you may be asked to cease your actions, be officially warned, or even banned based on the severity. These rules are pretty simple and most are global rules you will find on any site.

These rules may be updated at any time, but an announcement will be made every time a major update happens.
